2. Description of Service

Montage is a prompt management platform that allows you to store, version, and deploy prompts via API. We provide tools for teams to manage AI behavior without deploying code.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • • Keep your account credentials secure
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • • Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

7. API Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Excessive usage that impacts service quality may result in temporary throttling.

API keys are confidential. You are responsible for keeping them secure and for all usage associated with your keys.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Montage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
